In his role as Group Account Director at Cake & Arrow, Jon helps clients define, implement and measure strategies, experiences and products that make a serious impact on their customers and their businesses. He’s an 11-year digital strategy & operations veteran with a strong background in service design, business process reengineering, digital organization design, and change management. Starting his career in the business process weeds gave him a huge appreciation for the details that make operations succeed or fail. Jon has maintained that respect for detail while moving through ecommerce, omnichannel and operating model strategy roles in retail. He’s spent most of his career leading others to forge new paths in new spaces.
